About Me

Hey, I’m Sean —a Sydney-based 24 year old sharing trips I’ve done, and travel tips I find helpful.

Back in 2021, I started travelling more and often found myself researching online for information about my future trips. But most blogs felt either too cluttered, unclear, or heavily biased by paid sponsorships. After countless hours of research for my own trips, I realised that I had created a bank of helpful knowledge and I wanted to share what I’d learned, to help others plan their journeys.

Now, four years and countless domestic and international adventures later, I’m finally turning this idea into a reality. If my posts help even one person be more informed, it’ll all be worth it.

In 2022, I graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Science. Not knowing what I wanted to do with my life, I spent most of my days working part-time at my university in a call centre, in order to make enough money so I could explore the world.

The first country I visited solo was Vietnam, I spent 10 days travelling from South to North Vietnam. Since then, I’ve explored 19 countries. My travel style has definitely evolved along the way and through my posts, I share insights and tips I wish I had known before my own journeys. Hopefully, they’ll save you some time, and add value to your future trips!

What to Expect from my Blog

This blog is all about practical, no-nonsense travel advice and personal experiences. Whether you’re exploring hidden gems in Australia, planning an international adventure, or looking for a fun day trip in Sydney, you’ll find detailed itineraries, honest reviews, and first-hand experiences to help you travel smarter.

A bit about my personal life: I’m Christian, I enjoy language learning and I’m always looking for the best value when I travel (except when it comes to food, I tend to splurge on the best eats!). I love adrenaline-filled adventures, from skydiving to cliff jumping, and in my day-to-day life, you’ll find me either rock climbing, skateboarding, kayaking, swimming, running, or playing bass. I’m also into photography, which means my posts will be packed with visuals to bring each destination to life.

Coming from a science background, I take a research-driven approach to travel planning. So you can expect well-thought-out recommendations based on real experience, not just surface-level tips. I try to keep my guides clear and concise, cutting out the fluff so you can spend less time reading and more time exploring.

If you’re someone who loves story-telling, adventure, smart budgeting, and practical travel insights, you’re in the right place!
